A qualified chemical engineer with a masters’ degree from the USA, Mr. Shah has 30 years’ experience. His company, BMS Chemie, has developed and manufactured niche chemical products both for the domestic and export market. The company is the first in India to manufacture tartaric acid derivatives used as resolving agents in the bulk drug industry. The products are exported as well as sold locally. He has established businesses with several, renowned companies all over the world; also set up a joint venture, in India, with an overseas company to manufacture specialty products for the paint and coating industry.

Mr. Rakesh Saraiya, with experience in chemicals & agrochemicals formulations business, combines his training as an engineer with management education (MEP) from IIM, Ahmedabad.  By way of working from grass-root level in the family business, his scope of abilities include operations, project, procurement, PPC, IR & HR including OD initiatives, business development & sales. He has complete grasp over commercial functions for effective business management.  He worked as executive director in family owned business named Parul chemicals limited, the company engaged in business of manufacturing chemicals & agrochemicals formulations for more than three decades.
